Senior Skilled Laborer

NexReno Group is seeking an experienced, hardworking Senior Skilled Laborer to join our growing team. The Senior Skilled Laborer is a key member of our crew, trusted to work independently, mentor junior team members, and perform advanced construction, maintenance, or repair tasks with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring job sites are safe, clean, and efficient, while directly supporting tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers, electricians).

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Trade Support: Perform specialized tasks such as framing, drywall installation, finishing, painting, and basic concrete work.
Independent Operation: Execute tasks from layouts, and instructions with minimal supervision.
Equipment Proficiency: Safely operate heavy and light equipment (e.g., power tools, jackhammers, concrete saws).
Site Safety & Logistics: Comply with general company safety regulations. Oversee job site preparation, debris removal, and tool maintenance.
Leadership & Mentorship: Assist with training and guiding junior laborers and helpers.
Project Documentation: Complete daily time submission and report site progress to supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or restoration labor.
Technical Skill: Proven proficiency in using a wide variety of hand/power tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours, and lift/carry up to 80 lbs.
Documentation: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Compliance: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Location: Must be willing to work at job sites in Delaware County, Chester County, and Montgomery County, plus surrounding areas.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights.

Compensation & Position

Competitive Pay: $22 - $30+ per hour (depending on experience).
Position Status: This position has the potential for permanent or full-time in the future.
